I'm a REALTOR® with Kairali Realty Inc., and I built my practice around one group of people: first-time buyers. Not because it's trendy — because I remember what it feels like to not know where to start, what questions to ask, or whether an offer is actually a good one.

My job isn't to hand you a stack of listings and disappear. It's to explain what's actually happening at each step, tell you the truth about a home even when it's not what you want to hear, and make sure the biggest purchase of your life never feels like guesswork.

Before real estate, I spent 10 years in construction — degrees from SAIT and UBC, plus hands-on experience with builders and engineering companies. That means I actually understand how a home is built, not just how it shows.
